These terms apply when you enrol on a course, join Free Friday or use www.kburhasab.com. By enrolling you agree to them. Kbur Hasab Academy is run by Weldsh Solomon, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR. Email: Kburhasab@gmail.com.
1. Enrolment
You enrol by completing the enrolment form on our website or by buying a course on our course platform. Your place is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) and, where a fee applies, when payment has been received. Course fees are shown on the website or at checkout.
2. Live courses on Zoom
• Live classes take place online at the times we tell you. Class times are given in UK time.
• Where recordings are provided, they are for your personal learning only and must not be shared.
• We may occasionally need to move a class. If we do, we will give you as much notice as we can and offer another date or a recording.
• If we cancel a course before it starts, we will refund the fee you paid in full.
3. Recorded (on-demand) courses
Recorded courses are supplied through our course platform (courses.kburhasab.com). Access is for your personal use only. Login details must not be shared.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Our policy is that course fees are non-refundable once your course has started or you have been given access, except where the law says otherwise, as set out below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Recorded courses (digital content): you have 14 days from purchase to cancel, unless you ask for immediate access. When you buy, you are asked to agree that access starts immediately and that you then lose your right to cancel. Once access has been given, the fee is not refundable.
• Live courses (services): you may cancel within 14 days of enrolling for a full refund. If you ask us to start the course within those 14 days and then cancel, we will deduct an amount for the part of the course already delivered. Once the 14 days have passed, or once the course has been fully delivered, fees are not refundable.
• Missing classes, or deciding not to continue part-way through a course after the 14-day period, does not entitle you to a refund.
• Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If digital content is faulty, or a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, a repeat performance, or a price reduction or refund.

5. Free Friday
Free Friday sessions are free of charge. The joining link is shared with registered participants only and must not be passed on. We may change or cancel a session at short notice.
6. Conduct
Please treat teachers and other learners with respect. We may remove anyone from a class, group or course who is abusive, disruptive or shares course materials without permission. Where this happens, no refund will be due.
7. Educational content only
Our courses and sessions are for education only. Nothing we teach is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Investments can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. Make your own decisions or take advice from a regulated professional. We do not guarantee any particular result, income or outcome from our courses.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, slides and content on this website belong to Kbur Hasab Academy. You may use them for your own learning. You must not copy, record, resell or share them without our written permission.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or platform outages.
10. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us at Kburhasab@gmail.com and we will try to put it right quickly.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
